What is the course?
Tower Pilates
In person practical with online learning before you attend.
The course is comprised of alternating online modules and in person.
The online work is mandatory and is not repeated during the live sessions.
The focus of the online work is to provide theoretical underpinning of essential material while the live sessions focus on building practical skills.

This course is suitable for postgraduate CPD for Manual Therapists, Sports Therapists, Health Care Professionals, Movement Teachers, Pilates Teachers and PTs.
You must have completed Reformer 1 before attending this course. And you must have experience of Mat Pilates.
This course is delivered in 1 training day with a requirement of 30 logbook hours made up of shadowing, taking part and teaching/team teaching equipment based Pilates 1-1 or classes. This must include an element of one or all of, Tower
As part of this course you have access to shadowing, mentorship and team teaching while you build up your logbook hours. You can do this at any studio but having this here is a great asset of this course.
